Workload

Self-hostedpasskey-only sign-in

All of your team’s work, in one place

Workload is the team’s own workspace: tasks and docs, clients and decisions, budgets, inbox and Telegram, and calls in Teammeet.

An internal product: the workspace owner invites new members.

A task card in Workload: status, assignee, dates, checklist, linked cards, subtasks and an activity feed with comments
Features

Everything your team runs on, side by side

Tasks, people, money and conversations are linked to each other instead of spread across five services.

Tasks

Boards, tables and a calendar over the same cards

Every space has its own fields. You decide what a card holds, what is required and what shows on the board.

  • Space fields: required from a given status, limited to one card type
  • Checklists, subtasks, blockers and links between cards
  • Docs with real-time co-editing right inside the space
Card field settings for a space: the Budget field is required from In progress and only for the Task type
Clients and decisions

The whole client on one page

Contacts, owner, the next touchpoint, open cards and the full history. Decisions go into a log with a date and a status, so they don’t get lost in chat.

  • A client record with its own fields and activity feed
  • A decision log: what was decided, when, and what is in force now
  • Decisions and tasks are linked to the client and the space
A client record: contacts, owner, next contact date, an active decision and the activity feed
Budgets

Budgets a manager reads at a glance

Plan vs actual for the month or quarter, a forecast to the end of the period and one sentence that matters: “within budget” or “risk of overspend”. No spreadsheets needed.

  • Per-project status: on track, watch, at risk, over
  • Budget requests and approvals: an approval updates the space budget at once
  • Where the money goes, by category and over twelve months
Monthly budget overview: spent, remaining, the month-end forecast and a list of items that need attention
Inbox and Telegram

What matters finds you

Mentions, assignments, due dates and call summaries land in your Inbox. The Telegram bot and Mini App show your tasks and let you update them without opening a browser.

  • A keyboard-first inbox: next, read, snooze, archive
  • Mini App: my tasks, inbox, quick add, Today
  • Telegram notifications with quiet hours
The Telegram Mini App: the My tasks list with overdue and upcoming tasks and a bottom tab bar
Calls in Teammeet

Call from the task, and get the outcome back on it

Teammeet is our end-to-end encrypted video calling. Start a call from a calendar event, a card or a space; it opens as a panel next to your work.

  • End-to-end encryption: audio and video are encrypted on the participants’ devices
  • Recording with transcripts and AI summaries: action items become cards, decisions go to the log
  • Recording is optional: the owner switches it on or off for everyone
A calendar event with a live video call: the Join button, attendees and agenda; a “call in progress” indicator at the top
Security

No passwords. At all.

Sign-in is passkeys only: a fingerprint, your face, a phone via QR code, a password manager or a hardware key. Nothing to guess, steal or phish.

  • The owner can require hardware keys for chosen roles
  • Backup codes, and sessions and devices you can revoke
  • One sign-in for both products: Teammeet signs in through Workload
Security settings: two passkeys, one in iCloud Keychain and a YubiKey hardware key, and buttons to add a new key

Self-hosted

Workload, its database and files run on the team’s own server, not in someone else’s cloud.

Backups

A database backup every night plus an off-site copy, with regular restore drills.

No trackers on this site

No analytics, no cookies, no external fonts: one static page.

How it fits together

One thread from task to decision

Every step leaves a trace where people will look for it.

  1. Card

A task lands on the space board, tied to a client, a budget and a due date.

  2. Meeting

The discussion goes on the calendar, with the call link in the event.

  3. Call

Teammeet opens next to your work, end-to-end encrypted.

  4. Summary

The AI summary arrives for review: items become cards, decisions go to the log.

  5. Notification

The right people hear about it in their Inbox and on Telegram, without the noise.
